The focus of my practice is litigation - business, real estate, employment, international, and general civil litigation - with a substantial additional practice in business and corporate transactional matters. International law and computer law cut across all areas of my practice. The list on the Practice Areas page should give a prospective client a good idea of the range of matters I handle.


I practice from my office in St. Petersburg, Florida. While most of my cases are in the state and federal courts surrounding Tampa Bay (Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Manatee Counties), I regularly handle cases further afield, such as in central Florida (Polk, Orange, Osceola), north-central Florida (Alachua, Marion, Citrus) and southwest Florida (Sarasota, Lee, Charlotte, Collier), and I will consider accepting matters statewide, nationwide, and internationally, depending on the circumstances.
